Explore traditional rustic Tuscan dishes created by Chef Stelios and the Brigade. You could start with the artichoke pie with mint and tomatoes that grow in our Orto e Aia Felice. Our pasta and bread are all homemade with love.
With the main course, dinner gets serious: the Bistecca alla Fiorentina arrives, a fabulous T-bone cut grilled over a flame with herbs. Excellent paired with a San Felice Chianti. To finish, Chef Stelios's version of Tiramisu.
There are hundreds of pasta shapes, each designed for the sauce typical to their region. Alessia and the Osteria team prepare a neat selection. Look for Crespelle, the fine Tuscan pancake, filled with asparagus, lemon and prawns. Maltagliati is the rough cut pasta from northern Italy which we serve with a butter and truffle sauce.
