Stelios Sakalis, Greek origin and with a strongly cosmopolitan background, trained alongside star chefs such as Gordon Ramsay and Heston Blumenthal. Since July, he has been the new Head Chef at Borgo San Felice Resort and leads both the Poggio Rosso and the Osteria Il Grigio under the careful supervision of multi-starred Chef Enrico Bartolini.
