San Felice’s “Giardino delle Erbe Buone” is a testament to the existence of the “spirit of place”, which was called genius loci in the ancient world. It speaks to the history of the Borgo, when herbs were cultivated in past centuries by the farmers who lived in the small village and used them for medicinal purposes.
Its charm and its original use have remained intact, and it has grown to accommodate not only the herbs that are used in the dishes of our two restaurants, but also some of the most beautiful plants and flowering bushes that Tuscany has to offer. You can enjoy their beautiful perfumes not only walking through the garden, but also in your rooms, where fresh flowers will welcome you upon your arrival.
